Did you know?

Methane is a potent greenhouse gas and the primary component of natural gas.

25% of global warnings caused by methane emissions.

In its first twenty years, methane has more than 80 times the global impact of carbon dioxide. The largest source of methane emissions in the U.S. and globally comes from the oil and gas industry. USD 2 billion in revenu is lost each year through wasted, unburned natural gas in the U.S.

The good news?

This can be fixed, benefitting both business and the environment.

How it works?

Methane associated with hot water is an environmentally harmful gas that,

when burned, with the proper technology, can create energy, and heat can then be produced for use or for sale. Our technology is therefore to extract the methane content of lakes and use it with CHP technology to reduce pollution and generate new energy sources for heat and electricity (co-generation). The technical solution does not affect the composition of the lake. The CO2 emissions of the gas engine, compared to the amount of heat of geothermal energy, is much lower then traditional gas heating.

Methane will be utilized 100% by the gas engine.

Who we are?

St. George Ltd., registered in Hungary in 2016. It was founded with the aim of creating switched heat and electrical energy production technologies. The company is led by experienced professionals with years of experience in the green energy market and heat utilisation. The inventor of the technology, has more than 25 years of technology experience.

By neutralising methane, St. George Ltd prevents environmental disaster.

The Company is committed to terminating methane gases that break up in methane lakes and thermal wells caused by climate change. The high methane content of permafrost lakes constantly contaminates the environment. Recognizing the powerful environmental impact of the methane content of permafrost ponds, St. George has developed its technology to create the solution for one of the biggest environmental pollution.
